Then to top it off, we ended with an epic Rumble in the Jungle outdoor dinner and concert event headlined by Flo Rida! As you know, finding adequate function space for the event was challenging, however Inspire turned a stone patio into an amazing Mayan Jungle experience including the elements of earth, fire, air and water. The event production and entertainment were top notch and you created an unbelievable immersive experience for our guests. It was truly a magical evening!

JJ was a wonderful director, anticipating every need. Carolina was very strong, and everything I wanted in that position. Both of them were critical…and perfect. We had some audio issues, but I know Antonio was working to maximize the potential of the room. All the other members of the team were respectful, responsive, and reacted to the varying circumstances.

In terms of tech equipment, JSAV rocked it! The projection looked terrific, and we are looking at the footage now…and loving it.

From the first presentation JSAV made during my site visit to the Paradisus, to the post-conference wrap-up and final billing, this team provided professional support, creative input, and affordable technical solutions for our week-long program.

We made many changes, additions, and last-minute demands, and they were able to help us successfully provide a first-class experience for our attendees. The main stage set got rave reviews, particularly from my presenters.

Awards night Mystic Mayan set up was off the charts! But best of all, as the conference manager, the crew was amazing. Everyone was helpful. They knew just what to do, and never stressed. They helped presenters feel confident.

We had some tricky tech requests, like patching in a speaker from Texas via a live GoToMeeting feed – while another presenter was talking to him on stage. Worked beautifully. In my role as Technical Producer for the Flight Centre event which was held in Cancun, Mexico, I had the pleasure of working with Hudson Barnes and his team at JSAV. JSAV were contracted to supply technical production for our 3 events. Each event comprised an attendance of over 3000 delegates.

I am writing this letter to express our sincere appreciation and thanks for the March 3, 2017 production in the Grand Coral Ballroom at the Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach in Cancun. This event was the awards gala dinner for our client’s annual incentive trip and was, without a doubt, the most elaborate and ambitious production our organization has ever created for a single event. lt was executed masterfully and beautifully by your exception team!

When I first visited the hotel on a site inspection in November 2015, 1 was introduced to Christian Ochoa, who presented JSAV’s capabilities. Specifically, he showed me video mapping concepts, which I was immediately intrigued by. The idea stuck with me, and upon returning in August 2016 for a second site inspection with my colleague Stephanie Yarrow, we met with the team again, this time led by Hudson Barnes. Hud’s presentation was a slam dunk and we knew immediately JSAV was the right partner to take this program to the next level.

Throughout the next six months, Stephanie and I embarked on an adventure with the team, with Hud at the helm, as we discussed overall thematic concepts, music, live entertainment, and the logistics of putting what was to be a spectacular eye-popping event in the ballroom. Ultimately, we put our faith and trust completely in Hud and his fantastic team, letting them bring their vision of an underwater world to life. To say that the team exceeded our expectations would be an understatement. Words cannot convey the sensory experience they created for our 750 guests this evening. 1 was, quite literally, moved to tears upon watching the final production with our client the day before the event. Beautiful, magical, and special are only mild descriptors for this evening. As I said, there are no words …

Our production and design team included Said Martínez, Alex Pérez Quatly, Mike Thibodeau, Alex Mora, and their amazing “”boots on the ground”” crew: Sergio, Aldo, Antonio, Edgar, Ethil, and Cesar. They were true professionals!

The purpose of this program was to reward top performers and create memories that lasta lifetime. JSAV knocked it out of the park in all aspects. I was extremely pleased with the exceptional customer service and highly professional technical expertise of the entire J&S Audio Visual Mexico staff and crew during the RainSoft 2012 International Conference held at the Ritz Carlton, Cancun on May 4-5 of this year.

It was a remarkable effort by everyone on the JSAV team. Without their efforts (and patience) I’m not sure we would have been able to pull this show off. I was truly impressed with their willingness and ability to accommodate the many last minute client-requested changes. I would also like to recognize one particular JSAV crew person who’s name I unfortunately don’t remember. I will however always remember how he was able to figure out a way to rig a last minute 40 ft wide drape reveal using only pipe and drape and fishing line.

I hope I will have the opportunity to work with JSAV again, and I will not hesitate to recommend JSAV to any of my colleagues who may be taking shows to Mexico.
