"Inspire Solutions was a strong and reliable partner for both our dinner/concert event production and hotel AV needs. For the dinner/concert, our primary contacts were Juan Enrique Gonzalez Garanzuay (Director of Event Technology), Dan Lockwood (Director of Sales), and Kelsey Barnes Calderon (Project Manager). While we did not have a significant amount of direct interaction with Jens Hollich, Jaime Enriquez Segura, Edgar Ramon Cardoso Garcia, and Jorge Gutierrez, we know they were instrumental behind the scenes in helping bring the event to life. Enrique was readily available and highly responsive to all requests and questions during both the planning process and while onsite. He was attentive, solutions-oriented, and approached every request, large or small, with a calm, steady, and happy-to-help attitude. His follow through was exceptional, and we always felt confident that he and his team would handle each detail as seamlessly as possible. Enrique, Kelsey, Dan, and the entire Inspire team were able to pivot quickly on several large requests with professionalism, grace, and strong execution. Their partnership and flexibility were greatly appreciated throughout the program. We truly wish we could put Enrique and his team in our pockets and bring them to every venue where we host events. Their focus on attendee experience, commitment to customer service, and hard-working attitude made a meaningful impact on the success of our program. We would be excited for the opportunity to work with Inspire Solutions again in the future."

"The World Allergy Organization (WAO) would like to thank J&S and the entire team in Cancun for partnering with us during our XXII World Allergy Congress, 4-8 December, 2011 in Cancun, Mexico. Thank you for your attention to detail and involvement with every step of the planning process. You met every request and challenge with professionalism, expertise, and a level of dedication that is not often seen from a non-profit annual meeting audiovisual company. We knew that the audiovisual components of our meeting, from the 251 scientific sessions with almost 250 speakers, to the numerous social events, which included the Opening Ceremony, Welcome Reception, Committee Dinner, Presidential Dinner, and All-Congress Event, were in the most capable hands possible. You aligned yourself as a partner of WAO, faced the challenges with us, not to mention brought top of the line talent, equipment, scenic elements, and customer service. Please feel free to use this letter as my personal testimony and to share with future clients as you wish, as I would highly recommend anyone with an event or meeting in Cancun to work with you, and look forward to any future opportunities we will have to work together in the future. All my best,"
