Our client’s President’s Club was one of the most successful incentive programs I’ve ever planned. Inspire was able to take our vision and bring it to life with their creative set design, video technology, scenic components, and unique entertainment. Starting from the moment guests arrived at our Welcome to Xcaret evening, you were able to transform a ballroom into the amazing world of Xcaret’s parks and immerse guests into the adventure waiting for them. Then to top it off, we ended with an epic Rumble in the Jungle outdoor dinner and concert event headlined by Flo Rida! As you know, finding adequate function space for the event was challenging, however Inspire turned a stone patio into an amazing Mayan Jungle experience including the elements of earth, fire, air and water. The event production and entertainment were top notch and you created an unbelievable immersive experience for our guests. It was truly a magical evening!
